We are a small team. We prioritize corrections to published content first, then story tips, then product pitches. We can't respond to every press release, but we read them.
What to include
Whatever you are writing about, please include enough context for us to act on it:
Reporting a correction
- The URL of the page that has the error
- The specific claim or sentence you believe is wrong
- The source you would cite to correct it (link to PubMed, NIH, FDA, etc.)
We will review, update the page if the correction is sound, and add a dated correction note at the bottom of the article. We do not silently edit content to hide mistakes.
Asking a question
We can answer questions about how we research, our editorial framework, why we did or did not cover a specific product, and anything related to content already published. We cannot give medical advice, recommend a specific supplement for your situation, or comment on prescription medications. For any health decision, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Pitching a product for review
If you represent a supplement brand and would like us to consider your product, please include:
- Product name, category, and target audience
- Link to the supplement facts panel and full ingredient list
- Manufacturing details (GMP certification, FDA registration, country of manufacture)
- Refund policy and customer service contact
- Any third-party testing certificates or clinical research on the formula
- Affiliate program details if applicable
We respond to pitches that we are considering. We do not respond to every product pitch we receive — there are too many. A clean pitch with the information above is more likely to get a reply than a press release.
What we don't respond to
- Guest post pitches. We do not publish guest content.
- Link insertion requests. We do not accept payment to add links to existing articles.
- SEO outreach. Please do not pitch us "broken link replacements" or "skyscraper" content swaps.
- Bulk content offers. All content on this site is written by our editorial team. We do not buy or syndicate articles.
- Medical advice requests. We are not qualified to give medical advice. Please consult your doctor.
A note on inbox volume
We are a small team and the inbox gets noisy. If you do not hear back within two weeks on a specific question, you are welcome to follow up once. After that, please assume we received it but could not act on it.
